Initial intake meeting with Brea was incredibly thorough. She notes your expectations and delivers on them in each clean. She is very receptive to feedback and while I'm still a new regular client, I feel a high level of comfort describing what I expect and when something wasn't completed to my expectations. The team always corrects it, and over time they've come to know my house quite well. Brea and her team are very respectful of my home. They are very personable and a pleasure to have around to help me out with chores I like to do the least!
